IOMG Technical Standard: End User Device Management
- Device management for desktops, laptops and servers will be provided by the Configuration Manager CM (formally SCCM) agent, in domains identified by GTS.
- The CM agent has a technical reliance on the latest versions of .Net, which will be installed with the agent (if missing).
- Device management for all mobile devices, phones & tablets will be provided by Airwatch.
- Both management systems will be maintained and updated quarterly for production domains – updates for non-production domains will be reviewed and completed as applicable.
