The Isle of Man Government operates a resilient Unified Communications Platform based on the following suite of Cisco and Microsoft products:
- Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Teams
- Unified Call Manager 11.x – resilient telephony, IM and presence
- Expressway 8.11.4 – Secure external access for voice, video, IM and Presence
- Meeting Server 2.5.0 – Multi-party gateway Video conferencing
The above architecture supports the following standards:
- Voice - SIP, Cisco Jabber, Cisco handsets
- IM & Presence – Microsoft Teams
- Video (1 to 1) – Microsoft Teams
- Video Conferencing – Microsoft Teams
